The cinema itself is great. It's inside what appears to be an old theatre and it gives the venue this unique charm. The seats are large and spacious and you have a lot of leg room. The view is decent as well. Everything is reasonably...More

I'm very proud of our cinema, packed with history. The owners have made it comfortable and upgraded the sound a little while ago. The staff are always lovely and it's extremely reasonable.

Went recently to try the cinema out. I must admit I do prefer the older style cinemas and this one is no exception. The prices are cheap, but the experience isn't. Good sound very comfortable seats ( something I haven't experienced in a new cinema)...More

Visited at the weekend to watch Paddington bear, booked our tickets online, when we arrived the machine was broken and the foyer was packed, think the Cinema needs a better solution for popular films. But, film good, seats good, pricing is brilliant.

We love going to watch movies at The Majestic. It's a real old fashioned cinema with a new twist, it's around £4-£5 to see a movie in old surroundings with new seating and 7.1 Dolby surround. A real treat.

Hi I am so sorry for late reply but I believe you can access the cinema in a wheelchair. They open the fire exit but I am not certain if you can get to see all films as there are 4 screens with only one on ground floor
