Deserved 5th place in tripadvisor Jaen's attractions rating

Well laid out and very interesting

Great museum, free for EU passport holders. Archaeology section is very well represented. Also interesting paintings by not so 'world famous' artists.

Interesting and diverse

As well as being an insight into the history of Jaen (which is interesting indeed) there's an impressive art gallery on the first floor. Free of charge to EU citizens too

Splendid

Spent several hours in the archaeological section of the museum - the fine arts section on the upper floor of the museum is worth a miss.
