Sinaia Monastery

It's a place worth visiting. Unfortunately we went there in march and the museum was closed but we admired the church. It's a peaceful place.

Bit treacherous under foot due to frozen snow but it was so calm and peaceful.Amazing sunny day and the air was so fresh. Loved this site, I bought a candle and a keepsake.

Sinaia Monastery, Hotels in Sinaia also called the cathedral of Bucegi Mountains, is the first construction in the area of the present resort, being built at the end of the 17th century by spatar Mikhail Cantacuzino, after his return from the Sinai Mountain.

Small, good for a quick visit. Free admission. I don't have any more to say about this venue at this time.

Very nice place to visit specially for those who can value the christian and not only history of the place. It really awes with its wall paintings, the colors, the Technic and the surrounding of the village and the mountains.

It is always open, calm and with friendly staff. Everytime we come here, we visit the monastery to light candles, buy insence and cool down .

A oasis of peace and silence.A visit here before Christmas cleans your mind and prepares you to welcome the holly day when Christ was born. And it's a lesson of history too.

It's a calm place and beautiful church. It's not so big but location is good and attractive . You can plan it if you are heading towards transelvelnia.
