Just a regular building,nothing really out of common here.You'll see it if you take a walk along the main street in Sinaia.Not open for visitors.Not a must see,anyway.As I can see,a lot of people posted pictures representing everything but the Sinaia Town Hall.Sad but true.

it's one of those building you cannot miss in Sinaia and, even if there's no chance of going inside - I didn't try to see if I can - it's still worth spending 5-10 minutes just to admire it.
