Disappointing. We tried to visit on the USMC birthday, one day before Veterans Day, only to find that they are closed all week so that Footloose can perform there. Very strange seeing that it's a military museum yet they choose to close on two military...More

The admission was $10 per person when we went in Aug. 2017. There are 3 buildings with air planes and military related displays. Not everything is labeled. We enjoy all air museums so we were satisfied.

I visited the museum with two family members on a Saturday. It was an enjoyable visit. The museum's collection is a bit eclectic, but quite enjoyable to view in a historical context. There is A LOT to see. We also visited on a 3rd Saturday...More

It was a thrill to be able to visit the old Fayetteville Municipal Airport/Drake Field to explore the 3 large buildings and the open areas that now house the museum’s huge collection of artifacts, aircraft and vehicles. I especially loved the military ambulances, uniforms, recruitment...More

The museum is housed at the Drake Field airport in Fayetteville, and is close to I-49 on US-71. There is ample parking for RVs. This is a very personal museum that was very obviously created and curated by Arkansans with a love of the military...More

We just 'stumbled' upon this during a recent trip to Fayetville and so glad we did. Lots of incredible history and 'War Birds" as well as experimental and proto types. From the street you might be fooled into thinking...not much there...however it is chocked full...More

We've been regular visitors to this great little museum for more than twenty years, when my son was in elementary school. It's a good place for school field trips, and I'd the only place in the area for kids to see a WWII bomber, Vietnam...More

We visited on a Saturday when they offered the hamburger cookout. The food was great, but the tour of the hangers was fascinating. There were old vintage planes and also military items. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will take our grandsons on our next...More

I am an airport/airplane geek...and a private pilot. This is a great display of many different aircraft. Those in hangar displays are operational. Great selection of military paraphernalia. Worth every cent of the $10 admission fee...and we gave an extra donation.
