Very interesting combination of maritime, carpet making and vessel simulator all under the one roof. Staff and presenters very friendly and knowledgeable and really good value for money. Fancy one of their carpets for the front room!

My daughter and I visited this museum while staying in Killybegs. The two ladies who were looking after the visitors that day suggested we take the tour in the factory and leave the film which was very sensible as my daughter probably would have got...More

Pretty little museum with a very personal and private tour by Siobhan. We skipped the part of watching the film and only booked the tour about carpet making. Thanks to Siobhan for explaining everything.

Cruise ship in this small port, we found ourselves in front of the museum. A young woman came and invited us in, showed us about, and we took the tour. Most interesting to see how carpets were made over the ages and what has happened...More

Best indoor attraction in Killybegs. Ideal for a rainy day. Guide was friendly and excellent knowledge of the subject. Knew the answers of every question asked. Would visit again.

We weren't here for long because our coach didn't stop long in Killybegs but so much to see in this museum. Staff extremely friendly and so knowledgeable. Very informative video. Lots to see in the carpet factory. Lots of information on the local fishing industry.
