This rugged and peaked hill is another example of the rugged and barren nature of Iceland. One can often find themselves clicking away trying to capture the beautiful memories to cherish. Djupivogur is a small seaside village with a small harbor and a nice fjord.

If you are travelling from northern Iceland to Reiquejavique using the Ring Road (main icelandic road - Number 1) , near the Berufjord, you will see this beautiful mountain that extends straight from the coast line. Don't miss the sight! Just be careful with the road!...the worst you can imagine!

It didn't seem that impressive to me we stopped on the side of the road and took a few pictures of it but it looks just like all the other mountains around.

This is a gigantic pile of cinders as best as I can tell. It looks like the sands in a huge hourglass.

This majestic mountain looms over the area near the village of Djupivogur, Iceland. Some of the best views are actually from the village itself. It's another stunning sight in this amazing country.

Best seen from the town of Djupavogur. Stands majestically above the fjord. Can´t stop taking pictures of it.
