Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed lovely lunch train. It was a last minute thing and we were able to schedule for following day. Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon.

Eureka Springs is an artist's meca. The architecture, the scenery and the history of the area is enough to keep any artist or activity seeker busy for a long time. The Ozarks make for a surreal setting.

The exibet was not open while I was there. I took many pictures of the locomotives, steam engines, and rail cars. The collection was impressive.

The service and the food was excellent however the trip was a let down. We traveled by an industrial site seen through the trees which turned out to be the city's sewer treatment plant.

The train operates April thru October. Since the winter months are not that active in this area, a lot of attractions close by the first of November.
