Stepping into the depot was like stepping back in time. We had dinner reservations and boarded the dining car about 5:15 or so. The dining car was beautiful. The table was set with period table service. Very pretty and well done. Service was outstanding from...More

The conductor made this little excursion so fun. Full of info and witty quips. Great for kids. Will bring the grandkids some day.

Loved the short excursion trip on July 4th! Our conductor was entertaining and informative. I'd never flattened a coin on a train track! Much to learn here, beautiful countryside, great to fire up the imagination. Another reason to love Eureka Springs!

The ride was fun and what we heard of the history was interesting. It would have been nice to have a mic on the conductor, we couldn't hear hardly anything he said in the back.

We did the dinner train ride. The 4-course dinner was wonderful but we wished for a longer train ride. It actually didn't go that far and then stopped while we ate our dinner. Lots of historical antiques to look and read about which my boyfriend...More

The train operates April thru October. Since the winter months are not that active in this area, a lot of attractions close by the first of November.
