A must see if you are in town. Very Beautiful and quiet you might just want to sit down and enjoy the view from the inside looking out.

We drove 1.5 hrs to see this. The chapel is beautiful!! Quite remarkable, actually. However, the greeter, or volunteer, was horrible!! So stern and rude. She informed us that pictures were to be taken only from a seated position. Despite no one being aware that a...More

Unfortunely we had to hurry home on the Sunday we stopped. It was very beautiful inside and they were getting ready for services. Everyone we met was very nice and welcoming. Will be somewhere I want to re-visit.

I have now visited in all four seasons. Even without leaves on the trees it is not possible to sit in the spiritual place and not feel peace.

The chapel is back in the woods. The natural setting is worth the visit alone. The chapel itself is stunning. If you are in the area, you really should put a visit on your list.

We attended a wedding here and I must say Thorncrown Chapel is the most beautiful and unique place I have attended a wedding. The sunlight beaming through all the windows just adds such a romantic glow for the couple.
