So glad I did this hike and experienced the beautiful waterfalls and jungle vegetation and wildlife. Diego was a terrific guide and provided so much information and the plants and animals that live and grow in the area. Halfway up is an incredible garden with...More

My friend and I decided to go on the Diamante Waterfalls tour with Pacific Journey, and had the most fantastic time! Our schedule wouldn't allow for the overnight stay, so we opted for the day trip, but I would LOVE to be able to do...More

So this full day hike is listed as strenuous, and that is accurate. We're talking over five miles of stairs and you are either going up or down. Now with that said, we couldn't have had a better time. We're in our Mid 50's, and...More

My partner and I recently did a 2.5 day/2 night trip with Pacific Journeys to Diamanté Falls, staying in the cave. I don’t even know where to start, it was probably the most magical experience of both of our lives. Some thoughts: 1) Our guide...More

What can I say? 10 days Costa Rica and this was a highlight. It’s a super tough 7 hour day- but doable with the 9 and 7 year old. You hike straight up and end up at a great farm that grows all the food...More

A definite challenge for all of us ranging in age from 7 to 71! The only thing I would do differently is arrange to spend the night in the cave behind the waterfall. What a spectacular Christmas day adventure!
