So cool!

My boyfriend is REALLY into trains so this was an awesome little gem we found to be able to see one so close. It was an awesome little bit of history we both appreciated.

A very comforting, nostalgic way to fly. Smooth and softly rocking with the rhythmic sound of the wheels on the rails. No time to snooze even though it rocks you like a baby-especially after an alcoholic drink! They wake you up with singing and your boxcar attendant may just regale you with fourth grade level jokes. A not-to-miss! My friend... More

We were only for a night in Williams after visiting the Grand Canyon. Entering the city we saw the Polar Express locomotive and a near by parking lot. So glad we had a walk around this lonely, quiet town. The railway station and the Polar express look movie like, I suppose it's great fun to ride it. After that we... More

Buying tickets was easy, people who assisted you to get on the train were wonderful. Cowboys were funny! Train ride was excellent! The kids and adults really enjoyed this visit.

What better way to to see the Grand Canyon than to take a train. This was well worth it! Everybody who played part in this train ride made it enjoyable! They interacted with all the guests which made it a fun ride. If you get the chance to take the train....Go for it!! very relaxing!

After Christmas 2016 we purchased the package to stay at the Grand Canyon hotel and Depot in Williams, Az. I was very impressed with the holiday decorations and Christmas lighting. Though we did NOT participate in the Polar Express Train ride, what I saw was so impressive I will bring my future grandchildren for it! I enjoyed our time in... More

It was fun to see because it is the original Williams train depot, the interior still has the feel of an old fashioned railway station until you see room after room of touristy items. I think it is a bit sad to see old buildings turned into nothing more than a tourist trap, but we went on The Train to... More
