So glad we did this. Don't have the hassle of trying to drive there. The train is awesome and our boys loved it. Do take a deck of cards to play on the train on the way there... read more

It was very unfortunate that we did not have a great time. We drove over 6 hours with 3 toddlers to attend this planned eveny. We went on the 7:30 p.m. train ride on 12/1 and broke down towards the end of our ride. While we were broken down my baby ran out of milk, I asked the workers there... More

First - the chefs try and the Santa photo experience, and Santa on the train was a good experience. But it's expensive for what you actually get. The cookies and hot chocolate were not tasty. It's really crowded. They need better actors for the chefs and other skits.

So glad we did this. Don't have the hassle of trying to drive there. The train is awesome and our boys loved it. Do take a deck of cards to play on the train on the way there or a book for young kids. Very relaxing. I recommend the whole package to stay at the hotel and take the train... More

Must do! Let someone else do the driving! Enjoy sites you cannot see from the road and let the bartender take care of you!

My friend and I had a great time. The weather was crazy, however, we took the bus tour which saved us from much of the rain and hail. The tour was very informative and the train ride was very relaxing with beautiful scenery. Everyone was very nice. The hotel is very nice and the live entertainment on the train and during... More

We LOVED the Polar Express experience! It was the first time going and it was a blast. A great start to the holiday season. The train workers were so friendly as were the people at the ticket counter. A very memorable time was had by the whole family.

The experience of the Polar Express with our grandkids was wonderful. They were engaged and entertained the entire trip. Then when Santa arrived, they didn't know what to do with themselves.
