Beautiful look out point. Read about the fishing habitat built below the lakes fishing pier. The Apache Trail (SR88) is a scenic desert roadway from Apache Junction to Tortilla Flats. Continues on as a dirt road 5 miles past Tortilla Flats.

If you take the Historic Apache scenic byway trail along route 88, this lookout is along the way. It is not hard to get to and well worth stopping to see as the views of Canyon Lake are quite breathtaking.
