We went with our daughter on an exciting night-tour with Tracie & Gian. The enthusiasm of the two about each discovery is incredibly infectious and sweeping. Also to insects, which one has perhaps seen several times, they can tell exciting facts. Definitely a must if you visit Drake Bay...

Awesome, informative, and entertaining. Husband and wife team worked extremely well. While one was showing us stuff the other was looking for the next encounter, virtually nonstop amazement. Never knew that bugs could be so fascinating. Thanks Tracie and Goan!

Tracie is omniscient regarding insects. Along on the trip was also a frog guy. Sadly is was pouring down, so we probably saw less than others. But as a biologists this was a perfect walk, and it is always a very different experience to explore the jungle by night. Saw a lot of different spiders, amphibia and a couple of... More

My father and I did the night tour in September and we had a great time! Tracy and Gianfranco told us great stories about the different species we saw that night. We saw frogs, spiders, a scorpion, a snake, bats and other things which were right next to us! I keep a very good memory of that moment and I... More

The tour with Tracy and Gian was amazing. Way more than I expected it to be. We started out in two groups on different locations, one group with Tracy, the other with Gian, and met up somewhere on the road. When the group was together, one of the two guides went a little bit further to spot animals while the... More

I totally loved this tour- lots of interesting bugs and animals backed up by fascinating real-life stories. Both guides had a fantastic knowledge base and worked so well together. Totally worth it.

Tracie and her husband John are a fantastic team, working together all night to keep the tour rolling. One does an enthusiastic show-and tell of fascinating facts with one creature while the other one moves ahead to spot the next exhibit. Red-eyed leaf frogs, tailless whip scorpions, opossums, trapdoor spiders, frog eggs, cockroaches, golden orb weavers, sloths, and a cricket... More

It is a must in Corcovado. We also took other night tours in Corcovado and other places in Costa Rica but this was the best. You'll hear many amazing facts and see lots of fauna. Tracie and her husband were extremely helpful and nice. There was a father and a child who was too tired in the middle of the... More

We did this tour with our family of four. Tracie is super knowledgable. We saw a sloth, snakes, frogs and lots of bugs. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was well worth it - a whole new perspective on the jungle. My son can now do frog calls that get answered back and my daughter got to hold... More
