This is a nice area to visit. It consists mainly of restaurants and a few small shops. Lots of nice places to eat, have dessert or enjoy a coffee. Metered parking on most streets/side streets.

Large number of casual eating places for the young and young at heart. Feels safe with a lot going on. It is next to ASU. Seems to be more upscale and clean than some college areas.
