I am a whiskey snob and don't like gin, however, I loved everything that is being made here. I wish I could get this stuff at home. Great people to chat with, very knowledgeable.

Humphreys whiskey inspired my friend and I to tackle Humphrey's Peak. We had a celebratory cheers at the top. Check out the distillery for a fun time for adults. Go for the flight it is definitely worth it!

Be sure to book your tour. I checked the website and they had plenty of openings but when we got there we're told the next tour was full and we could wait 90 minutes in an not air conditioned small space. We left....very disappointed.

We went on a Saturday on a whim after seeing it on a map. First off, it's BEHIND the piping company. You'll see the Distilling Co's star logo from the street way in the back of what looks like a pipe graveyard. That's your destination....More

A tour of this young distillery means walking ten steps or so between the equipment, the capping table, and the tasting bar. After a warm welcome and informative explanation about the processes, including the particularities of distilling and aging in a desert climate, you get...More

My husband and I visited after purchasing a groupon for a tour and tasting. This is a small, locally owned distillery. (Be sure to get directions. You will need them to find it.) The entire distillery is in a single warehouse. The tour is lead...More
