Not really a place to visit, but definitely worth the drive. So cool to see all of the red rocks. Nice scenic drive.

HIghway 179 offers views of Bell Rock, the Chapel, Cathedral Rock and others. But, please pull off and enjoy them so you don't slow down traffic.

The road is well-marked with turnouts for trails and vistas. Use of roundabouts makes for easy commuting through the valley.

The views are spectacular! Love the scenic drives. Nice to not be rushed and enjoy the drive. Wasn't too long but offered pull outs and passing lanes.
