Sedona has worked hard to maintain a dark sky environment, so bring a flashlight when you visit! Find any spot off the hwy areas on 179 and you will be AMAZED at the stars, satellites, meteors, and airplanes moving in the night skies. Who knows, even a UFO (!)

Saw lots of shooting stars, constellations, amazingly beautiful. Very clear night that you can see Pleides. You should go out with a reference book, if ur a novice like me!

We were supposed to do stargazing on 12/20/2016. Because it was cloudy the company texted me and told me the star gazing was cancelled. I am very happy that they didn't try to trick us and have us out on a bad night. Instead they refunded me.

This was one of my highlights of my trip it was not only beautiful but also so informative. Our host was Dave and I must admit I have studied a lot of astronomy in my day but he was on his game. Taught me so much and he was even givin some questions that I thought might stump him. Nope... More

This was an amazing experience! Being from Queens, NY I am not used to a sky full of stars to begin with, but this was like nothing I have ever seen before! Sitting in a field on lawn chairs with blankets with a gazillion stars above you was so authentic and just one of the greatest moments I've ever had.... More

We were excited about this experience and we were not let down. A little scary with driving into the middle if no where. Our guide was Trevor and she was amazing. Saw so many cool things and 3 shooting stars. Def cold by the end of it. Bring hand and feet warmers bit the blankets and parkas were a bug... More

I hesitated before booking this because I have been on similar stargazing evenings (you know, you've seen one star, you've seen a billion). I soon realized that I have never been on a stargazing experience like this. First, you're in Sedona staring at the dark sky and being entranced by it. That's worth the price of admission. Then, to add... More

We were looking for something different while in Sedona, and this was just the thing! Wes was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable and funny. The night was cool, but the blankets kept us warm. We saw double stars, distant galaxies -- even some shooting stars. Very memorable night!
