If you're planning a drive up Oak Creek Canyon, and you really should, then you should also stop at this amazing overlook. Lots of facilities, Native American traders, and views that will know your socks off. Go ahead: pull over. You'll be glad you did.

Stopped off as a rest stop before getting to Sedona, the road nearby was being resurfaced and the long delays meant a leg stretch was needed. A great spot to get some scenic photos and a chance to buy some locals crafts and wares. All...More

We drove from Flagstaff to Sedona via Oak Creek Canyon. It was an interesting day with clouds. We stopped at the overlook for the views.

I never tire of the view offered at this overlook. Moreover, it's a great motorcycle ride from Sedona. This is a great place to take visitors for the view and souvenirs, or just enjoy a quick break from the car.

Beautiful stop on the way from Flagstaff to Sedona. Spent about 30 minutes walking around, taking pictures, and soaking it all in! Great views!

If your heading south you will be able to see the abyss your about to drop into or if your heading north you can reflect on what you just ascended. Easy to get in and out of and still free.

This was my husband's favorite overlook. The Native American craft tents had great souvenirs. Enjoyed my time there.

Hello! The overlook is 16 miles from Sedona. Traffic conditions vary, but it normally takes 1/2 hour to reach the Overlook. Enjoy!
