Booked a trip to the Grand Canyon while we were in Scottsdale. Westwind Air was recommended by the hotel. What a great trip, our pilot Justin was incredible (I think he was 18 😂). We got diverted to Grand Canyon Valley airport due to weather...More
My family and I (total of 3 adults) went on this trip December 24, 2017. It was the highlight to our vacation trip to Scottsdale, even though we loved Scottsdale. Our helicopter pilot, tour guide was excellent. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the...More

We were going to drive from Phoenix to Grand Canyon and visit for a day and thought it would be way more fun to go by air and land. Googled this place and they did not disappoint. At $549 per person, 8...More
Westwind was recommended to me by the Four Seasons Scottsdale. The hotel made all of our arrangements and they did not disappoint. Lindsey at Westwind welcomed my party to the terminal bright and early on the morning of December 29th. This was after being picked...More

I had a great time on the flight. I was able to ride shotgun both ways since I was a solo traveler. Bryce was very knowledgeable about the area and was super sweet when I got air sick. He was also very attuned to when...More

Hi Helen, It depends on the tour but as a general rule most of our tour options spend about 3 hours on the ground. The Signature Tour goes to a couple of different overlooks and the Grand Canyon Historic Village and includes lunch. The Adventure Tour has the helicopter to the bottom, boat ride on the river, Eagle Point and Guano Point, also about 3 hours. Other tours may differ but you have a perfect amount of time to see everything and yet still be back by mid afternoon. Gayle
