Interesting museum but limited

The museum and gardens were pleasant, but the museum was limited in what it had to offer. Would recommend taking the bush walk trail up into the forest and through the gardens.

I highly recommend a visit to the RLS Museum. The packed rooms full of original a replica items from his time there are magical. I was probably the highlight of our trip.

Wow RL Stevenson is amazing his presence in Samoa truly left an impact on this beautiful country and he will remain a legend here for centuries to come.Loved our tour guide who at the same time was training students from the local university which was a bonus as we had 2 beautiful and very informing guides✌🏽.

The museum is nice and very very interesting! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to view the museum but on the other hand, the walk up to Robert Louis Stevenson's grave is so hard especially when it's hot. I had a massive headache from the sun but other than that it's a great walk the view is worth it 😁

I have to admit it was a little surprise to me when I knew he was the writer for Treasure Island when I was browsing in the museum (dud!). Then it's a bigger surprise when we decided to see his tomb as stated in the map 0.8km from the house. End up it's 0.8km steap climbing at 1pm in a... More

Stevenson's home superbly restored and presented. An absolute credit to all concerned. We were luck enough to meet the admin lady who was extremely well versed in all to do with the property.
