We could not travel far on roads due to all the debris on the roads. We made it to Sopoaga Falls though. It was a robust waterfall after the hurricane. Considering we couldn't much of the island, I don't know how it compares to other...More

We visited one afternoon after a morning of heavy rain and the falls were spectacular showing in their full glory when the river was in spate. The gardens are well kept and tidy and the whole effect is wonderful. Well worth visiting and spending some...More

This is a truly beautiful waterfall. What you see in the picture is what you see in person, as there is no way to get closer to the falls than this, but we all know that a picture never does a scene justice compared to...More

These falls are gorgeous - the coconut demonstration after wards was the icing on the cake. This cost 5 talas to enter but most places will cost. Tip for visiting these places, there are taxis that you can hire for the day for $200 talas....More

The most beautiful waterfall we‘ve seen on Samoa (incl. Upolu and Savaii). The guides on site are very friendly and helpful.

We visited here as part of a tour of the island. The $5 tala entrance fee seems reasonable and in line with others and especially given that we also received a short coconut husking demonstration and a drink and bananas. The falls themselves are rather...More

Upon entering this property to view the falls, the pleasant Samoan woman charged $10 tala/person, invited us to view the falls, and said she would come over soon and make some coconut cream. Sounds strange, falls and cream, but sure.... Along with other visitors, We...More

This was a brief stopover on our tour of the island and had a good lookout where the waterfall could be viewed. The helpful part was the labelled botanical specimens that enabled you to identify some of the local vegetation. Toilets were available at the...More

Take a turn off the coast road and a little walk after paying the 5 Tala entry fee and you get to see this mass of water seemingly come out of nowhere. Must be an under ground river. Worth a look.
