A fun but short trip with a stop about half way through for photos. Very small little coaches with seats for only two adults facing two other adults at each door of the train. Very scenic with a nice narration explaining the historic significance of...More

We had a day in Ushuaia as part of our cruise, I'd heard about the train to the end of the world and was curious. It was a lovely way to learn some history, watch the beautiful views and enjoy the old steam train. The...More

Children will enjoy. The train, but adults will find it too short, not difference with the car. The park is nice, but nothing too special.

To be done, to feel the pain of people in the beginning of century (but for which purpose ? ELectricity ?). Good trip, beautiful landscape. Maybe expensive, but when you come from Europe, it worth it !More

A very nice experience in Ushuaia - historical narrow gauge steam railway line built by prisoners in the former penal colony. The trains are in very good condition and although it is a short journey on the train - it is very pleasant. However the...More

This can be either a wonderful, or not so wonderful experience. The train cars are rather small, but the noise can bounce throughout the train. There are either 12 or 16 people in each car. If people are talking, you cannot hear the information about...More

We were very impressed with the quality of this experience. The trains were spotless and shiny, the station spacious and with an interesting museum, and the recorded commentary really brought the history of the train, prison and region to life. The scenery along the way...More

Do you remember the name of the tour company? We are taking a cruise and stop in Ushuala and I want to take the train one way and then a bus tour to the "end of the world".

I already mentioned the name of the company, The End of the World Train (Tren del fin del mundo) and no, I don't recommend taking the bus back to the station. Unless you are in a hurry, sit back, relax and enjoy the view!
I'm trying to decide whether or not to take the train excursion from Royal Caribbean. Do you know how the return trip is taken? Do you actually get to the edge of Beagle Bay. The End of the World bus tour offered by Online Vacation Center. Com says it continues from the train station to the terminus of the end of the world highway. How close do you get when traveling on the train? How do you get from the port to the train station? Can you give a summary of the itinerary? Thanks, Frank
