Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excursion departs approx 60,000
It's 9 to 18.
It can also be done by car, but check if the route is enabled or not (depends on the weather and the state of it).
Take cash to pay 6000 admission to the park and lunch at Pampa Linda (17000 a plate).
Beautiful landscapes. Stops in Playa Negro, Isla corazón, meek river rapids, black blizzard.

I went here In August during there winter, and it was great, there was some snow in back in the town. But not much, here there was tons to play with. Also, the glacier was pretty, the lake was frozen and you can see the you are in the middle of the andes, and you can feel you are in a glacier. It was quite cold though at around -6:)

If they survive the provincial route (Vialidad de Río Negro) that is completely destroyed in its 40km to Pampa Linda, and even respecting the passing schedules that some brainless people do not comply with and no one is there to do a check, they will reach a Amazing place. The attention at the CAB campsite is bad. Not so in shelters, where attention stands out. The trails are poorly marked and without any maintenance, which makes them very risky for people who are not in excellent physical condition. In Pampa Linda the CAB should have someone to provide advice. With the rates charged in the shelters it should not impact the club's economy.

Magnificent mountain formation. It's a long way to get there and the road is very bad, narrow and full of potholes. Upon arrival the van was unable to climb, chains were required. Unfortunately it was raining a lot, but the view was incredible. The tour lasts all day and you have to pay to enter the national park.

From Bariloche, we rode a bus to Pampas Linda, where we hiked to the 300-foot-tall waterfalls that flow from the Castano Overa glacier on Mount Tronador. The entire journey through a beautiful old growth forest was breathtaking. The nine miles round trip hike is comparatively easy, with perhaps only a thousand feet of elevation gain. The bus ride's lake and forest scenery was equally breathtaking. There are several lovely campgrounds along the lakeshore, so we wish we had planned to camp and spend more time here.

Great place. Impressive walk. We went with the people from Turaccion. Excellent service from Maria and the driver, Marcelo. Advice. Avoid the Los Rapidos camping site. Prices without shame. Example? 500 pesos for a plastic spoon to be able to eat yogurt bought from them!! One of those white spoons, the ones they give you anywhere...except for this, excellent experience.

We were in doubt to make this tour and it was one of the best activities of Bariloche.
The Nahuel Huapi National Park is a must-see Attraction for those who visit bariloche and the Tronador is not just "anymore a snowy hill". We did the tour with a tourist guide (Jesse), which was a big difference, as we had real lessons of history, geology, meteorology and botany about the region. That left us informed and socially connected with Patagonia. So I suggest making this trip with Guide to learn about the region.
However, it is a bit of a long, full-day trip, and a bit of a tired one. I don't think it's attractive to kids.

You leave Bariloche very early, on the way to Tronador. There are stops to go to the bathroom.
For me it is mandatory to do it with the larch waterfall, otherwise it is not worth it for the length of the trip.
The waterfall is not to be missed, then continue traveling towards the Tronador.
Before visiting you have lunch (expensive if you don't bring food) and the view is fabulous (although it doesn't always thunder...).
Right there, a short distance away is the base, you can walk for a while to a waterfall to drink meltwater.
And to begin the return, very long

It is a spectacular and unmissable walk. I recommend doing the Los Alerces waterfall tour. Many agencies do not want to do the combination because it is longer, but we found Sí Turismo that did it and they fulfilled everything for us. In addition, Verónica, our guide, is super professional and passionate about nature, she told us many things. We were lucky enough to see landslides and hear this King of Patagonia thunder. It was incredible, better impossible.

“Enjoy the path, more than the destination”.
Take your time, take your time, stopping to admire everything along the way.
Leave to eat at the base. Excellent options. The biggest slice of key lime pie I've ever seen!
Amazing!

Hola.
