One room with five paintings of merit, the rest are very dubious quality: the art deco main door is a hidden gem but hardly worth a long trek, visit if youre in the locality with nothing more adventurous to contemplate

This museum is within a fine art nouveau house just outside the centre of the city. It has a nice collection of art and artefacts.

The museum is quite small, but it has a lot of high quality works. If using one hour here you will have time enough to see all the works and spend enough time enjoying it. Entrance is free.

small, and very manageable museum. Excellent sculptures and paintings , mainly argentine and spanish, 19 th century. I loved the place, it is not the must do in Salta, but if you have time, it is worth the visit

We saw two amazing exhibits. We didn't expect such a good variety in a small town like Salta.
