The building is not beautiful and it was used during dictature as jail for women. Thus if you pass by then send a thought to whom suffered in that site.

Located just in front of Cappuchino's Church, there's tis area, with coffe shops, open space for leisure and a church, built on a former jail building. Another must of this city

We went at weekend, great place to enjoy the afternoon. Good places around to drink or eat. Many young people and families. Very good.

This modern plaza has some interesting architectural nuances and some cute sculpture, but otherwise it's really just a collection of cafes. The 'musical fountain' is worth stopping to see at night, as it plays on the hour until 10PM. Hokey but fun.

A couple of pleasant looking eateries are within this complex that used to house a womens prison. There is a small display of artworks in a foyer. The toilets were exceptionally modern and clean.

There doesn't seem to be much going on here. As far as we could see, there is nothing left of the old prison, so if it's history you want, you'll be missing out.
