Top ways to experience Museo de la Pasion Boquense and nearby attractions

The area
Address
Neighbourhood: La Boca
A neighbourhood defined by its immigrant roots, La Boca still maintains this past alive in its streets today. Due to its proximity to the river, the neighbourhood became the preferred settling area for immigrants of a wide variety of origins, who ended up living together in the conventillos. Thus, these houses became a melting pot of different cultures and traditions that birthed creations like tango and lunfardo. Nowadays, this legacy can be seen and felt on Caminito Street, which welcomes visitors with colourful facades, cobblestones, and street artists showcasing their skills. Just like its neighbor San Telmo, La Boca is one of the prime destinations to experience the traditions and customs that originated from the city’s immigrant past and which have shaped its distinct identity.

I am supporter of Boca Juniors, but I had some difficulties to walk in the tour with older people in my family. Some part of the tour is fast fast like pitch visit was just a few minutes in one corner. If you pay extra you can go inside the pitch and take a picture with the cups. The tour include a picture in a wall and they add 2 virtual players and the photographer and tour guide is very in a hurry.. The picture is only for people who pay VIP tour without discount. In summary the stadium is amazing but the tour pass very quick and in a hurry. The are 2 shops very small with official products but not like other big football clubs.

I think they should feel ashamed for charging 800 pesos per person to visit a museum that needs to be updated - they are still exhibiting 2020 Boca Jr team as if it was the current team - and needs to be renovated. The stadium is currently closed due to renovations, so visiting the museum is the only option, which makes it more urgently to be renovated. It has room to lots of improvement.

River Plate's museum is much better and you can visit the stadium.

This was included in my tour of the stadium but may have been free if you just wanted to tour it. It houses the trophies for the Boca Juniors franchise, movies, memories, tributes to the biggest games and players. It's impressive! I'm not a huge soccer fan but still love the history here. You should definitely walk through while seeing the stadium.

I love visiting football stadiums. This is one of the best way to know the local culture. You can't miss the museum and tour. I joined the tour which said in English. The tour guide spoke mainly in Spanish. When she spoke in English, the introduction was shorter.

Ticket price is 90 pesos per person. Not bad as the museum has so good history of the club. You get to see all of the cups and statues of the most famous players (Maradona, Palermo, Roman) I wish there was more unique items and kit to see, but you do get to walk out into the stand and take a photo of the empty stadium so that was great too. The museum is closed on game days, I know because I made the mistake. Enjoy the history of one of the best clubs in the world. Real cool.

If you like football (soccer) this is a must go during your Buenos Aires visit - even if you`re not a Boca Juniors supporter. It is 5 minutes walk from Caminito, it is located inside the stadium, avoid going after sunset for security reasons. The guided tour is really nice to walk through the backstage and learn some folkloric stories about this team (be prepared to be provoked by the guide if you're not a Boca fan! hehe)

It's a must! This is the most iconic football team in the whole country. Try to combine the visit with a match to feel "La Bombonera" (the stadium)

I really ⁇ the ride because I am in love with football. But for someone who doesn't follow much football I don't think it's surprising. I found the entrance expensive.
Maybe surprise more watch a.game of the mouth

The surroundings of the La Bombonera stadium, although simple, are full of life and with colorful and beautiful houses. The outside of the stadium also loves. But America's most successful team deserved a more attractive museum. The place is tiny and collection leaves to be desired. Looks like the place is more to praise Riquelme than the history of Boca. The day I went, the visit to the stadium was closed.
