We had a wonderful day starting with our driver Jose who ouxkes us up from our hotel. We had a comfortable drive to San Antonio de Areco where we were by Juan Manuel, our guide par excellence. He was very knowledgable about history, politics, customs of the area and the estancia. We had coffee in the town, visited the silversmith... More

This was a great way to experience the Argentine countryside, we were picked up (8am) and dropped off at the door of our hotel in Buenos Aires (6pm) and were treated to a very informative and enthusiastic tour of San Antonio de Areco by Manuel. We got an in depth history of Argentine culture and met some locals such as... More

Driver arrived early and ready to go (forgot guys name sorry). So friendly and knowledgeable. Learnt more in first 10 mins of car journey than the whole BA bus tour. Guillermo was waiting for us and we then spent time looking around San Antonio de Arceo. We hate being sold to and taken to shops etc. This did not happen.... More

Guillermo was an excellent tour guide. He was humorous, great personality, and very knowledgable of his country, and the town of San Antonio de Areco Town & Estancia!!! The drive was a lengthy trip from our duplex in Palermo however, Jose, the driver, was generous with his information of the landscape, people of the area and Argentina. We talken the... More

Our guide Juan Manuel Hernandez was an amazing host. He was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and has a fabulous sense of humor. This was one of the best tours we have ever had. He took us to unique areas of a beautiful small town where we learned about local crafts such as silversmithing. Then we went to a wonderful estancia... More

My daughter and I wanted to spend a day outside of Buenos Aires, and this was the perfect choice. The pick up (on time) and drop off at our hotel was wonderful. We met our guide, Juan Manuel, in San Antonio de Areco and enjoyed about an hour there learning about the town. Juan Manuel was with us the rest... More

I did this excursion with my 12 year old son. It boils down to a trip to a historic town in the pampas, then several hours at a working ranch (estancia). It was excellent. Picked up dead on time from Puerto Madero by Caesar, who is a very pleasant man and offered many interesting anecdotes on the trip to San... More

We had a wonderful day with first interesting sightseeing and then out to the countryside for horseback riding and lunch. The have rooms and cabins for rent in the countryside. I strongly recommend to sleep over one night and do longer horseback tours. Juan Manuel is excellent company and very well educated tour guide. You will have a wonderful experience.... More
