First of all the dinner was absolutely delicious. This was the first time my wife and I consumed all of the courses of the meal and were completely satisfied. The appetizer, the main course, and the dessert were great. The Tango performance was breathtaking. Our...More

The show at Tango Porteno is impressive. 15 or so dancers, a 10-piece live band, and a classic Art Deco theater make for a great experience, even if this is "Tourist Tango" rather than authentic. The upselling that you have to deal with is annoying,...More

Dancers are very professional and with a very good technique. Dresses are wonderful and you can see people performing their choreographies in a proper way. What was missing was a bit of passion, this special feeling dancers should have between them and this passions that...More

First we had a tango lesson which was fun. Then we went downstairs for dinner which was not good, except for the wine. The 100 minute show was excellent with a variety of tango featured. Sit one level up for a good view.

It was an excellent show with 11 performers and 10 musicians in the orchestra. There is only one show at 10:15pm, and it lasted about 75 min. We enjoyed it a lot.

The best Tango experience in Buenos Aires! This was my 3rd visit to Buenos Aires and the 3rd tango show I experienced. By far the best of the 3 shows! First there was a private Tango lesson for about an hour. We all got certificates...More

If Buenos Aries seems to morbidly long for the way things were during the Belle Époque you'll enjoy drawing back the cobwebs on this show. There is a real sense of melancholy about the country and it pervades Tango Portenas. The show was good, two...More

Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the
footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area
of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the
true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down
streets lined with office buildings and banks. The
