Giant flower in the United Nations Park which is set to open and close at sunset/sunrise. Was a gift form the French Givernment. Interesting to see and nice park.

A giant reflective opening flower, easy to like. Free access but good views from the road anyway Can get interesting reflections from various angles.

Giant flower opens and closes with sun. Reflecting pool below adds sparkle. You can take interesting photos of aircraft taking off or landing from nearby airport when conditions are right. Set in United Nations park. Lots of families present.

The area was green and well kept and the sculpture was amazing. Worth seeing and you could spend time in the park if you would like.

The city download shows this in the incorrect location so check your map to be sure. This is a quick stop for a photo op.

Make sure on a visit to Buenos Aires that you include the Floralis Generica. It is an amazing piece of art and the refections from the petals are stunning.. The petals do open but not if there is a hint of breeze.

A terrific spectacle to see in the park it occupies. The structure is something to be admired both in design and beauty and its setting. At the time of our visit to the City it was not working properly but the concept of it opening...More

Came past the monument twice - realised that the 'petals' open and close according to the time of day! Thought it was pretty cool - head closer to 3pm if you want to see it open.
