The waterfall is so beautiful, clean and easily accessible. I would advise that a bigger sign be put up as we missed the small sign and almost ended up in Prince Albert. Give the place a visit, really worth it!

Dirt road and nice shaded walk to the falls. The odd number of R61.00 per car to get in seems weird. The area is experiencing a severe drought none the less the falls are still flowing just not strong enough to fill the pools. Well...More

The waterfall can be found off the road between Oudtshoorn and Cango Caves - just follow the signs. You will need to pay an entrance fee (per car) and follow a dirt road to a parking lot. From there a very well laid out path...More

The trail is nice and easy and the the waterfall and pool rewarding. Please beware that there is a dirt road of 14 km before you arrive at the gate.

We took short drive to visit Rust n Vrede Waterfall located just outside Oudsthoorn town. 80m high and about 300m of easy walking. There is an entry fee to maintain area. Closing times apply. One can just relax and enjoy noise of waterfall and nature.

I went with parents (aged 71 & 68), it’s a short dirt road drive (11km) - which is well maintained and suitable even if your car isn’t 4x4. The walk to the waterfall is short, lots stairs up and down - but my parents were...More

a bit off the beaten track, but reached after a short hike lies this beautiful waterfall in a rather dry landscape. Go for it!

A very recomendable thing to visit. From the gate (entrance fee 61 Rand for 1 to 4 people) it's a 2.5 km drive on a gravel road, then 300 m walking over various bridges - this es fun! At the parking there is a picnic...More
