We played this course once and we are very picky (coming from St Andrews Scotland) but we thought it was a good course. Very inexpensive, well maintained and tricky enough to keep you on your toes. We hired clubs and were not impressed with the standard but it was very cheap. The clubhouse is well appointed and we had a... More

With Championship courses like Pezula and Simola in Knysna, this course tends to get overlooked, it is however not to be underestimated as it's still a challenging little course, with plenty of water and trees to keep the birdies at bay. The course is well maintained and there is a pleasant "club atmosphere" although visitors are always made to feel... More

This is not Pezula or Simola but for a nice round of golf in the area, we found the course well presented and all the staff helpful and welcoming. The half-way house was just right for purpose and the pro-shop helpful and good value.

The golf club has a great club cafe offering vey reasonably priced food and a great view. Lovely venue to catch a quick toasted sandwich and a drink.

As for most golf in South Africa the golf is so inexpensive for what you get. This course is ideal for walking and is not too strenuous - highly recommended.

Another old style course well worth while playing. Because of the tidal water surrounding most holes the Bent grass greens hold even long iron shots in and present true putting surfaces. Don't get me wrong, it is a challenging lay out but extremely enjoyable. We like to arrive early, have breakfast (great value) and then warm up on the large... More

I never knew the old club house which burned down a few years ago, but the present club house is beautifully designed, spacious and a first class venue for functions. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. The course is well laid out, and there are some very deceiving holes on the way round. Lots of water hazards, which... More

Very basic food. Not impressed with even the toasties. Half way house very very basic. Setting nice but as I said very basic.
