I absolutely love this little piece of heaven. We often go on the weekends, drive, walk and spend countless hours watching the incredible birdlife, wildlife, and changes of seasons. The fauna and flora are a highlight for me. We also often swim along the coastline, you get wonderful cosy little private beaches where you can enjoy the turquoise water on a hot summers day! We always pack our own picnic basket and bring our own drinks. When picking a spot to picnic, please be aware of the Chacma Baboons, they are opportunists, so will take any opportunity you give them. It's your responsibility to make sure you don't let them bug you. There is lots of space to throw your litter away, and when leaving please make sure you don't leave any food behind. Feeding the Baboons is a very cruel thing to do.

It's a drive via Chapman's Peak. There is a charge person and it's not cheap. There is an additional charge for the cable cart. It's a nature reserve, and with many flora to see on the way. Their is a curio shop and beautiful views. One will see families of baboons on the way back. 5/5

Very affordable national park strip. Beautiful nature scenery and historical sights. The lighthouse hike is family friendly and easy with a save and well built walkway. Less than 20min hike to the Lighthouse. Extraordinary views from the top!
