Make sure you have proper hiking shoes and water. This is a challenging hike when you get near the top, so take your time, and enjoy the views all the way up. Depending on your ability and your energy level, you can choose to do...More

not too long a walk but a bit of a scramble towards the top. (ladders and big irregular steps etc.) highly recomend, great views of the bay, table mountain, the apostles, camps bay etc.

Beautiful view! would recommend that you take a flashlight for the hike back down. There is no security around the area, and some of the parts are a bit difficult if it is your first time

Some portions towards the top are grueling but most can handle the difficulty. The full 360 view at the top is awe inspiring. Hope for a clear day. Just over and hour up and 45 minutes down, wait til you see clear weather.

I have been there five times. I love this place. Short 45 min hike, the last part a little bit climbing and a 360 degree view on the top. Awesome! Also great for sunset!

I would advise walking up with a friend, preferably not alone as there have been some small muggings at dark in the past. You should be more than fine though. It is a beautiful walk and would highly recommend it. A guide is... More
