Overview
More
The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the Aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider grabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthral.

This is such a stunning, interactive, well maintained exhibition of the marine bio-diversity found in the two Oceans that surround South Africa. An exhibition you can visit at anytime, no matter what the weather is like. There are interactive displays and tons of interesting information...More

We last visited this aquarium over two years ago, and the upgrades are noticeable. All the old favourite exhibits are still there, along with the kids play area, but there are many new displays, new information signage and a wonderful new I&J Ocean Exhibit. We...More

Entrance for a family of four is expensive, but worth it. You do get 10% discount when booking and buying tickets online. Every tank and exhibit was really great, and the feeding of the turtles and stingrays at the I&J exhibit was really amazing. Unfortunately,...More

Thank you for your review. You'll be happy to hear that the Predator Exhibit has cleared up. It only opened mid-June, so it needed some time to settle. Your suggestion about tiered rates will be forwarded to management.

In comparison with some aquariums this one is quite small but they make an effort to make the place educational with a series of hands on displays. There is enough here to hold the interest of younger kids. Certainly my 7 yr old enjoyed the...More

I took my sisters kids here and they absolutely loved it. The aqurium is big, spacious and have so many animals. The 'Nemo' fish are the best! Penguins are great as well! Afterwards the waterfront has so many great restaurants to choose from.

Thank you very much for your review. it is much appreciated.

Most of the marine life focused on South Atlantic and Indian Ocean species. A really nice exhibit on penguins. Lots of activities for kids and a lot of important ecological messages. It is very popular with local families.
