It's just south of Cape Town, nice small bay with a colony of seals up northwest and nice lookout down south. Most of visitors stop for photos before going for a Chapman peak drive.

Cape Town is blessed with a lot of beautiful scenery. Hout Bay falls into this category. Photographically speaking it's great.

Hi. Hout's Bay is some kind of village by the sea. You will definitely then need a car to go to the waterfront and back.

The red tourist bus will take you to and from the city to Hout Bay and can be taken at your convenience for around $15. It stops at really great tourist attractions on the way and you can hop on and off at your leisure. You... More
