Full-Day Franschhoek Wine Tram Tour from Cape Town

81 reviews
With three centuries of wine-growing heritage, the Franschhoek Valley is one of the Cape’s top wine areas—and the Franschhoek Wine Tram, a vintage-style tram, is the perfect way to explore. Travel in air-conditioned comfort from downtown Cape Town, then choose between the purple and orange lines. Besides an onboard wine tasting and narration, you have time to visit multiple estates on one of two lines.

Woodstock Moto Co offers something so unique in a city that already offers so much! A super friendly atmosphere for young and old, from total moto-heads to someone just looking for a coffee snack and some friendly people. The manage to turn something as intimidating as motorcycle culture into a friendly and welcoming environment. They have a great little coffee shop with some of the best hotdogs around, retail space and a proper DIY workshop where you can go work on your own bike with all the tools that you need. A great way to spend a Saturday morning or even a weekday afternoon and maybe even become a member for some discounts and workshop time

Went in once, was welcomed so warmly and by such friendly people (both staff and other patrons) that I now go back very often. It’s a family that welcomes anyone with open arms.

What an epic spot to arrive and feel welcomed- the enthusiasm of Devin, the proprietor of the WMC, was amazing. Everybody, bike lovers or not, hanging out and just generally having a laid back good time didn’t get hung up talking to and welcoming new faces through the door. Since then, I’m back there regularly for Alan’s coffee- possibly the best I’ve tasted in Cape Town. Do yourself a favor and check the place out, grab a bite to eat and get involved in the action in the workshop.
