About Local Knowledge
We are a tour guiding company that is dedicated to doing something completely unique. We aim to move away from the main tourist attractions and look to show our guests the best kept secrets that Cape Town has to offer. By avoiding the main tourists attractions, we provide an authentic experience as we ensure that our guests get emerged into the location and the culture of the places we take them. We show our guests what the locals enjoy doing on a regular basis...we show them our perspective of what this beautiful city has to offer.

This is not another tour company. This is a bunch of young guys and girls that want to do something different. I was in communication with Nicole who was professional, personable & unbelievable friendly. She arranged THE most incredible sunset picnic for me and my friend. The attention to detail was phenomenal. My pics are to large to upload on Trip Advisor so you’ll just have to take my word for it. Thanks so much guys! I will be back for sure

This company organised an incredible dining experience on a private wine estate for my girlfriends birthday. They got a private chef to do a cooking tutorial & a fine-dining food tasting. The food was paired with beautiful wines & the atmosphere was professional yet extremely relaxed and informal.

This experience was the highlight of our trip! The team organized a private experience to the pools in the middle of some pretty stressful times for anyone involved in the travel industry. The host was engaging and well-informed. The pre and post trip communication was brilliant. And the tour itself was incredible! We found out (via their social media) that they are also involved in community upliftment. Really awesome for a small business of young founders to be giving back to local communities (especially during a pandemic when their industry has literally haunted!) Brova guys. Keep up the good work
