Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I choose the India venster up the mountain. Its harder as I thought but a nice exercise. You don't need to bring equipment besides good shoes. Its very steep at some points and i rec some company with you. Going down is probably impossible so be sure to make the top! The leddars and chains to climb are few nur in great condition.

Warning- if you have no experience mountaineering you will need a guide and please don't wear freaking trainers!!! This is the best way up the mountain and the views are stunning, vey steep and lots of scrambling, small sections of climbing. Would not recommend going back down this way!

India-Venster is a scramble path up the front of Table Mountain that is not for the unfit or feint-hearted. But if you up for it, the rewards are fantastic. It starts at the lower cable car station, and ends on top of Table Mountain via a steep path that zigzags through and up cliffs and along ledges, giving astounding views of the mountain and the Cape Town below. Find a guide or find a good route description, find some friends, be well prepared, and GO! You will have an experience to remember all your life!
