We haven’t been to Camps Bay beach for a couple of years and we were shocked. Hassled by no less than 5 beggars as we tried to walk along the beach, followed by one who became aggressive and it was an uncomfortable and miserable experience. Couple that with large groups on the beach, loud, obnoxious and litter left behind by groups too lazy to throw it away sealed the fact that we will never come here again. I feel sorry for the restaurants who rely on visitors to camps bay but right now you won’t catch me here or in any of the restaurants until they clear this mess up …

Excellent, mind blowing sandy beach. A lot of space for playing beach volley ball. Other side of the beach you can find some rocks. Nice view for photo session. Outside of the beach you will found local people selling various kinds of souvenirs at comparatively cheaper price.

Really dirty despite council staff really trying. The people visiting behaved disgustingly, throwing the KFC lefts overs in the street before driving away.

IT IS GOOD TO TREASURE MEMORIES, GOOD ONES .........I DID SO MUCH DURING LOCKDOWN September 2014 This is from an extremely long time ago! Christine accompanied me to go drive then walk along the ocean, up on the mountain! It was a time of BREAKING FREE for ME. It was a time to discover, for it that I realized that MY LIFE DID not have to revolve around being A STAY AT HOME MOM, so to speak and so on. THOSE YEARS IT SEEMED I COULD ALSO SAY ANYTHING I LIKED THAN THINK BEFORE I SPEAK. I TREASURE this TIME, STILL ❤...breaking FREE I live in Muizenberg now and even though close to the ocean, we all were not allowed to go DURING LOCKDOWN. I would definitely recommend walking from Victoria road, Camps Bay till Saunders Rocks and BACK 🙋 The Crystal Tea Cup BRAND Business…

Beautiful beach and you can hire sun lounges on the beach . Big beach and no wind! There is also a play park for the children and a tidal pool.
