The scenic shoreline of Lake Havasu State Park is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful beaches, nature trails, boat ramps, and convenient campsites. This spot is truly a watersport haven located near the famous London Bridge of Lake Havasu City. The park offers three boat ramps, 47 campsites, a special events area (not available on holiday weekends), picnic area, and beach area. The Mohave Sunset Trail (1.75 miles) winds its way through the lowland desert and along the shoreline. The Arroyo-Camino Interpretive Garden showcases the diverse life that exists within the park and this area of the desert. Birds, lizards, and desert cottontails are common sights.

Very clean and well-kept State Park. Plenty of boat ramps to launch your boat. Great clean campgrounds with plenty of space between the RVs. If the main Campground is full they have overflow parking with no hookups but they have water in a dump site...More

We used this state park as a campsite, arriving after dark and spending most of our day out exploring the various attractions of Lake Havasu. Campground was quiet and respectful of sleepers. The bathrooms were clean and included FREE warm showers! Woke up the 2nd...More

What a great park. So much to do and see. Fish, boat, kayak, SUP, jet ski, you name it. If you’re not into the party scene though, stay away from the canal during the spring break season.

We visited the state park twice during a one week trip to Lake Havasu. Once for a picnic lunch and then to rent boats. This is a fantastic state park, so much to do, staff are helpful, beautiful views!

Love this place. Always something going on. Just went to Bluegrass Festival and it was great. Sun shinning walked on the beach. Watched boats on lake while listening to music. Just another day in Paridise

Quiet on the lake in March. We ended up in overflow with a parking place right on the beach. Pretty nice for $25 a night. This was due to the Bluegrass festival booking out the campground. Still a nice park clean bathrooms good price. Impressed...More

This state park sets right on the river with lovely views. But our preference for RVing is more of a natural outdoor feel. This park is much too urban for our taste and feels like you are camping in the middle of Central Park. If...More

I wasn't in the side of the park where there is camping, sorry. The side I was on was friendly and " quiet", but it was down by the channel. Ask the park ranger when you go in. They will tell you where the groups of people... More

There are coyotes in the area. I see them early in the morning. The camping sites are well patrolled and monitored by fish and game. You should be ok
