What a great way to get exercise. Canoeing up the river for an hour was a great activity and relatively expensive. The views of lush forest, birds, and rocky outcrops were amazing.

We did the Trail on a lovely day - it took us 3 hours past the lagoon through the campsite and ending up on the beach. We saw quite a few different birds and two Knysna Louries which was great.

This is a good spot for a day of hiking or a picnic while visiting in the Wilderness area. The park is well maintained, signs clearly marked, trails highlighted. The staff and rangers are helpful and friendly
