Beautifully renovated and clean. The best seaside walk ever. In season it's very busy and avoid it on public holidays. There's restaurants, and all kinds of ways to move, like hiring a Segway, skateboard, pedal car, roller skates or even a Rickshaw!

Great for long walks. Beautiful piers and views. Breath taking sky line . A little bit of traditional shopping and lots of restaurants. Also perfect for kids. A must if you in Durban.

My teenage son and I rented bikes at Bike and Bean and had a fund time biking along the Golden Mile. Highly recommended.

This is certainly a must when you are visiting Durban. Excellent views of Madiba Stadium and the seaside.

I agree with the two responses already sent, that the best way is by taking a taxi. There is also parking available to leave your car while on a cruise. Trust this will assist.
