Delta Park is especially beautiful when the Cosmos are in bloom in autumn. There are a lot of dogs and even though you're supposed to walk them on a leash, a lot of people choose to ignore this. Be aware of big dogs running up...More

Our dogs love running safe and free in this park. It is a public park and they do try teir very best to keep it safe and clean.

Great for dog walking, trail running & Parkruns, mountain biking, picnics. Most beautiful in Autumn when the Cosmos are in bloom, absolutely breath-taking. There are jungle-gyms for the kids. A gem.

The park provides is the ideal venue for a parkrun, the route meanders through part of the park and, in the autumn, provides lovely landscapes. There's a cafe on the opposite side of the start that offers lovely outside tables and good food

It is huge as parks go, not quite Emmarentia in both manicure and size but certainly worth a visit. 2 ponds, plently of trees, loads of cyclists, dogs, people, runners and picnickers. My only criticism that they that often let the grass grow too long...More

Perfect place to go for a walk or run. Feels like Hampstead Heath in London. Well maintained. Lots of cyclists on weekends. Dog friendly and great play area for kids.

I have never seen one but you can contact their offices and check. People regularly picnic though so I don't see why it would be a problem.
