I could’ve spent two whole days here. Lots of different types of media - videos, pictures, excerpts from books, personal artifacts. Highly recommend!

If you want the full experience, you need to pace yourself. This was the highlight of my Johannesburg visit and the history of South African and Apartheid timeline so beautifully documented. Very much recommend!

Somber and sober. But the teachings of some of the great leaders who were kept here should be heeded and reflected upon.

It is going to be a tight squeeze for you. You will need to go back through immigration and security at the airport if you leave the airport to go to the museum. The museum tour is easily a 2 - 3 hour "walk". You will need... More
