We are a lot closer to 60 than 50 and found the full walk challenging but doable. Slightly surprised by one or two of the scrambles but well worth it. We started the walk late morning after initial rain, the odd sunny spell but mainly overcast on the way around, I would imagine even more challenging in full sun. Stopped... More

This reserve is so beautiful. There are several different lengths of hikes, we took the hike that went to the beach. It was so gorgeous, and the caves were also very neat. The trails are nicely kept.

Lovely views, but a tough walk, lots of sheer cliffs, rocks to climb over and steep inclines. Don't do it if you are over 50.

There are lots of little ants which can be quite irritating . Climbs are ok if relatively fit but there are... More

Great place for a family hike. Not a lot of shade along the way so bring hats and sunscreen if you go on a sunny day. Will go back!!

Great hike with some scrambling around beautiful and impressive coastline. Not difficult walking but a certain amount of scrambling.
