Morning and Evening walks

Love to walk around this lake with my wife in the morning and evening. Please pick up your doggie poop if your walking your dog as well.

Love biking around North and South Lake. Very relaxing in the midst of the city. Places to picnic as well.

An excellent place to walk and enjoy a great view. A fun experience for the whole family! We walked our Goldendoodle dog, Luke, and he seemed to really enjoy it. Bring your poo bag for the pets you bring and be prepared to spend an enjoyable early morning or evening visit.

Walked the North Lake just before sunset to get great pictures. There is nothing like an Arizona sunset. Locals walk the lake every evening.

This is a very nice area for walking, biking, kayaking, paddle boating or just relaxing. The only problem is the bird droppings in the grass and on the walking path is disgusting. There are too many coots and they need to decrease the number of these birds.

Great place to bring the family for a picnic, feed the ducks or go fishing. Maybe taking family photos is more your style. Perfect backdrop for picture taking.

Moved to Estrella in March 2015. My husband and love to walk around the north lake when it cool enough. The views are just breathtaking. If you want to get a good exercise routine with good views I recommend this lake. You will not be disappointed.

At Estrella Mountain Estates they have 2 man made lakes that are separate but connected by a fantastic paved trail the circles both lakes and connect at one point. Both lakes are approx. 2.5 miles around with plenty of places to stop for photos and we always run into other people walking their dogs, jogging, biking or just strolling around... More
