Each variety tastes like it was created to be unique. Grapes are sought from the most suitable places for the taste they are aiming at. This winery has the feel of someone's private hobby.

Our tasting server, Summer, knew everything about their wines along with the back story of the wines and the individual labels one each bottle of wine. We were impressed with the tasting room. We were able to sit at the table and be served. The whites in Arizona are too tart for our tastes. A few of the reds were ok.
