Saw Poet and Burning Tree was pouring at the Willcox Wine Festival. Clearly, "The Abbot" was best in show. So glad they stashed away a few bottles of Poet for purchase. Made our day!

We stopped in later in the day and Barbara was pouring. She is a fantastic steward of this winery, explaining each wine with detail and passion. We enjoyed a couple of glasses with some locals and brought a bottle of The Poet home with us.

Each variety tastes like it was created to be unique. Grapes are sought from the most suitable places for the taste they are aiming at. This winery has the feel of someone's private hobby.

What a wonderful winery!!! Small operation putting out a fantastic product. Our tasting server, Summer, knew everything about their wines along with the back story of the wines and the individual labels one each bottle of wine. Her knowledge, attentiveness and friendliness made the experience...More

For us ... this place was a bit hard to find. We stayed at the Iron Horse and were so occupied by the tasting rooms which faced us -- we didn't think to look next door. The sign is also "dark" -- so we mistook...More

We have 4 flights, the white flight and 2 red flights are $10.00, each and you keep the tasting glass and the reserve flight is $15.00, and you keep the tasting glass. With each flight you get 5 different wines to taste.
