Location right next to Highlands resort...thought this course was a great treat, some difficult holes, all in great shape for fairway play and great greens, exceptional views. Loved it, not high end $ but don't care to play those courses anyway.

Nice to get away from busy Sedona. Course and greens were in good shape. We played twilight (after 2pm) and it was not rushed. Friendly staff, good pro shop. Reasonable rates. Close to town of Cottonwood which has great shops and restaurants.

This lovely, wide open golf course is in very good condition. Good course for golfers of all levels. An excellent alternative to the much more expensive courses in Sedona. Four of us played after 1:00 and had the low rate reduced further by reserving our tee time online. Staff in pro shop and restaurant were warm, friendly and made us... More

This is the goto place for 18 holes of big sky and open range enjoyment. An oasis in the desert that appears easy, but is challenging. Plenty of sand & water traps & very good greens meticulously maintained. From their website: "Designed by Stanton McGaw, Verde Santa Fe Golf Course measures 6325 yards from the longest tees and has a... More

One thing going for it is that it is not very busy. I play at Oak Creek Country Club. Oak Creek is in great shape year round.

For golfers visiting the Sedona area and do not wish to pay the high prices there may I suggest a visit to Cornville (15 Miles south). A fun golf course with nice greens. Not one sand trap on the course so easier than a normal resort type course.

One hour from Prescott. $60.00. Staff was nice, range ok, gas carts a little jerky. Greens were pretty good rest of the course needs a lot of maintance, a capital infusion of about $5 mil! While ther are no bunkers on the course there are many dry washes, several lakes, carries ,etc. We are bogie golfers, played white tees and... More

We are weekend golfers & far from "golf snobs", we like to play at different courses when traveling. This course was the most disappointing course where we ever played. The course wasn't maintained, staff unfriendly & the view was of homes all around the course. Do not play here when there are many great courses down the road all around... More

We played in the afternoon after 3PM at a reduced rate. The course was very dry but was in far shape. The greens were in very good shape and you could stop a shot. There are no sand traps and you had to play across some washes. Par 71 with all the par 3's are short. Good course for an... More
